Our amazing tour of Sicily is as follows:
- Apr. 3, 2025 – Welcome to Warsaw!! -Arrive at Warsaw Airport. Transfer to the hotel by coach (depart Warsaw Airport at 3pm) and check in. Experience an enchanting evening of Chopin’s masterpieces, played by virtuosos who capture the emotion and beauty of each piece..
- Apr. 4, 2025 – Warsaw -Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Then participate in a Warsaw food tour to sample local delicacies while listening to the guide’s fascinating stories. In the evening visit the Warsaw Beer Festival to explore a variety of craft beers by live music performances.
- Apr. 5, 2025 – Warsaw to Krakow -After breakfast visit the Polish Vodka Museum, which includes a vodka tasting session. You will then be transferred to Krakow by coach. Check in at the hotel in Krakow.
- Apr. 6, 2025 – Krakow – Breakfast at the hotel. Take a half-day tour of the Kazimierz – former jewish district, which is now a vibrant hub of culture, cuisine and entertainment. The sightseeing will include a visit to the Plac Nowy flea market. At the end of the day enjoy a traditional Polish dinner including a folklore band performance.
- Apr. 7, 2025 – Wieliczka Vineyard -Breakfast at the hotel. Participate in an excursion to the Wieliczka Vineyard, including a short vineyard tour, lunch, and wine tasting.
- Apr. 8, 2025 – Ojcow -Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Ojcow for an excursion, which includes traditional Ojcowski Trout tasting. In the evening visit Browar Lubicz for a short brewery tour, dinner, and beer tasting.
- Apr. 9, 2025 – Krakow– Check-out after breakfast at the hotel and participate in a pierogi-making class, where you will learn the traditional techniques of preparing one of Poland’s most iconic dishes. Transfer to Krakow Airport for your departure.
Cost – This will vary based on how many people sign up. But here is the breakdown. Rates are per person based on double occupancy.
Extra night in Krakow is $159 a night for a double room and $139 a night for a single room. Let our agents know if you want to extend your trip.
We offer a discounted rate for interliners. Interliners for this tour are airline employee or spouse, airline retiree or spouse, parent or parent-in-law of the airline employee and anyone traveling with them. If you qualify, call our office for those prices.
For the public, the price is
- 20 to 24 guests – $1.369pp
- 25 to 29 guests – $1,259pp
- 30 to 34 guests – $1,229pp
- 35 to 40 guests – $1,189pp
- Single supplement – add $599 – Limited to 5 single room, first book, first get. Waitlist after that.
We have a 20 person minimum to make the tour go. If you sign up at the higher price and we get more people, you will end up paying what the final price for the tour ends up. For example, you sign up when we only have 20 people signed up, the cost is the higher price shown. For example if we end up with 30 or more going the price drops and that price based on how many are booked would be the final price you would pay.
Yes you can bring friends with you and parents and in-laws of employees can book into this also and go at the same rate as you do. We want to fill the group to 35 to get the rate down. If we get an overwhelming response we will go to our operator and see about adding a 2nd or 3rd date or departure. Otherwise once we hit 40 we will have a waitlist in case of cancellations.

If we are unable to operate the tour due to Covid restrictions. then everyone booked will get a full refund to their credit card they paid with.
