Another bucket list trip for our clients is Egypt, the pyramids and a cruise on the Nile!!! On this exclusive tour we will also visit the Valley of the Whales and the El Fayum Oasis. The Valley of the Whales and El Fayum Oasis are popular Instagram locations for photos.

Well here is our exclusive a 9 night group tour to Egypt where you will visit Cairo, the Pyramids, a 4 Nt cruise on the Nile sailing from Luxor to Aswan and a one day tour to the Valley of the Whales and an Oasis in the desert!! We will take you to the best and most popular museums and sights in Egypt. Our price even includes your internal airfare in Egypt (positive space) and most meals! You are going to see the great pyramids, many of the ancient wonders of the world and make memories that will last you a lifetime….. all  with your fellow family and friends!!! All you have to do is get yourself to Cairo!

Included in your price:

  • 5 Nights on BB basis at 5* hotels in Cairo. The Movenpick Media City or similar.

Our amazing Egypt & Nile Cruise itinerary is:

  • Sept. 24, 2025 – Welcome to Cairo!! – Arrival in Cairo: our representative will meet & greet you at Cairo International Airport. Transfer by air-conditioned bus to your hotel. Upon arrival, check in with dinner on your own. Overnight in Cairo
  • Sept. 25, 2025 – Discover the Great Pyramids of Giza & Sakkara – After your breakfast, it will be time to begin your tour to the Pyramids and Sphinx the first visit of the day will be to the Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, built by the pharaohs from the period starting from 2590 BC to 2480 BC. You will have the chance to explore the wonders of the Great Pyramid, and get inside the Queen Pyramid; you will also discover the beauty of the Sphinx, one of the largest monolith statues in the history of mankind. After enjoying the view and taking your lovely photos, you will move to Sakkara, which includes the step pyramid of King Zoser the oldest pyramid in Egypt. Lunchtime at Local restaurant. Finally, tonight you will enjoy your dinner Cruise with Belly Dancing and the Tanura Show, for about two hours sailing in the Nile River. Then back to your hotel for the night.
  • Sept. 26, 2025 – Explore the Egyptian museum OR (the Grand Egyptian Museum if opened) and Cairo sightseeing – After your breakfast, start your full-day tour in Cairo start by visiting the Egyptian Museum the staggering collection of antiquities displayed in Cairo’s Egyptian Museum makes it one of the world’s great museums. goods then visit the old Cairo (Coptic churches that back to the 3rd century visit the most famous church) end your day at Khan El Khalili the old bazaar in the heart of Islamic Cairo enjoy the local life, Lunchtime at Al-Local restaurant. Finally, you’ll return to Cairo for another night at your hotel.
  • Sept. 27, 2025 – Discover the Treasures of Luxor -Karnak & Luxor Temple – After your breakfast, you will check out of your hotel in Cairo and be transferred to the Cairo airport to take your Flight to Luxor. upon arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to embark on your Nile Cruise ship, which you will stay full board for the coming four nights, you will start your visits by exploring the Karnak temple, the largest religious Pharaonic temple ever built in the world, then visit the Luxor temple as well with your private guide after that back to your Nile cruise enjoy your lunch and dinner on board..
  • Sept. 28, 2025 – Explore the Iconic Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut – If the weather is good, we will do the hot air balloon ride. Your first visit of the day will be to the Valley of the Kings, the necropolis of the Pharaonic New Kingdom, including the famous tombs of the kings of ancient Egypt, your next stop will be the amazing temple of Hatshepsut. the first woman who ruled Egypt this temple was used as a monastery in the Christian era. This is why it is famous for the name “El Deir Al Bahry”, after that back to your Cruise for Lunch and be ready for sailing towards Edfu, dinner will be on board..
  • Sept. 29, 2025 – Discover the Temples on the Banks of the Nile -Edfu & Kom Ombo Temple – After breakfast, you will have the chance to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This temple is the best-preserved Ptolemaic temple in Egypt the building of the temple lasted about 800 years, the temple includes wonderfully decorated walls and stone capitals the temple is dedicated to God Hours the Falcon. Your next stop will be to visit the amazing Temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to two gods; Horus, the falcon god, and Sobek, the crocodile God, enjoy the evening as you continue cruising down the Nile to Aswan, enjoy some entertainment on board.
  • Sept. 30, 2025 – Tour Aswan – Cultural Day – After breakfast, start to visit the Philae temple and the High Dam. Lunch , dinner & overnight will be on board.
  • Oct. 1, 2025 – Aswan to Cairo flight – Breakfast on board, Sail on the Nile by Felucca around Kitchener’s Island & Agha Khan. It’s the last day of your amazing tour, and you’ll be checking out of the Nile cruise flying back to Cairo, upon arrival our assistant will meet and assist you to finish all formalities and then transfer to the Hotel in Cairo again & overnight.
  • Oct. 2, 2025 – Valley of the Whales & El Fayum Oasis – Breakfast at the hotel. Then take a 4×4 jeep car to the Valley of the Whales. On the way we stop at El Fayum Oasis. Stop by Qarum Lake for quick photos the arrive to wadi El rayan off road. Then stop at the first lake for quick photos and move to the water falls for more photos then walking to the lake for a boat tour. hen drive to El Medaura mountain for a great panoramic view from the top. Midday drive to Whale’s valley to enjoy the open museum for whale’s skeletons, Have lunch. Then drive to the north side of Qarum lake to enjoy Qatrany Mountain and water millions valley. Finally drive back to Cairo to spend your final night. Dinner on your own.
  • Oct. 3, 2025 – Depart Cairo – Breakfast at the hotel then you will need to depart the hotel by noon for your flight home with your Egyptian memories and new friends.

Cost – This will vary based on how many people sign up. But here is the breakdown. Rates are per person based on double occupancy.

We offer a discount on this tour to interliners. Interliners for this tour are airline employee or spouse, airline retiree or spouse, parent or parent-in-law of the airline employee and anyone traveling with them. Call us for those prices.

For the public, the price is

  • 15 to 19 guests – $2,399pp
  • 20 to 24 guests – $2,279pp
  • 25 to 29 guests – $2,249pp
  • 30 to 34 guests – $2,199pp
  • 35 to 39 guests – $2,159pp
  • Single supplement – add $949 – Limited to 4 single room, first book, first get. Waitlist after that.

We have a 15 person minimum to make the tour go. If you sign up at the higher price and we get more people, you will end up paying what the final price for the tour ends up. For example, you sign up when we only have 15 people signed up, the cost is the higher price shown. For example if we end up with 35 or more going the price drops and that price based on how many are booked would be the final price you would pay.

Yes you can bring friends with you and your family & friends can book into this also and go at the same rate as you do. We want to fill the group to 15 to get the rate down. If we get an overwhelming response we will go to our operator and see about adding a 2nd or 3rd date. Otherwise once we hit 40 we will have a waitlist in case of cancellations.

Deposit is $500pp

Final Payment is due on July 1, 2025.

$500pp penalty if cancelled after Jun. 1, 2025 and before July 15, 2025.

Full Penalty if cancelled after July 15, 2025.

We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance to cover you for cancellation or medical issues while on the trip. Ask our agent for that info or click here to purchase it.

If we are unable to operate the tour due to Covid restrictions. then everyone booked will get a full refund to their credit card they paid with.
